How to Book Eadn Van

Booking your private transport to EADN is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm your booking and answer any questions.
Pay Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. You will receive payment instructions after confirmation.
Receive Confirmation
Once your deposit is received, we’ll send you a booking confirmation with all the details.

Booking Form

Service Area: All pickups must be within a 15-mile radius from EADN.
Fees: The cover charge for pickup from your chosen location to EADN is £150. If you require transportation back to your home at the end of the night, the total fee will be £300. - This fee includes queue jump privileges.
Booking and Cancellation Policy: The driver will wait for a maximum of 25 minutes after the scheduled booking time. If you do not arrive within this time frame, your booking will be cancelled. In the event of cancellation due to late arrival, the fee will not be refunded.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before your scheduled booking.
